Al Barari is situated within the "royal "area of Nad al Sheba, just off the Emirates Road. It is within the larger area of Dubailand and is sold as freehold, as designated by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed. It has a prime location being the only development to be built in close proximity to the Palace of Sheikh Maktoum, bordered only by a wildlife reserve which in turn borders Al Barari. Al Barari stretches out over 14 million square feet. By Royal Decree nothing will be built between the Royal place and Al Barari.

The development is split into various parts - the villa phase, the 6 star hotel phase, the city " Kasbah " , the healing haven the retail and office phase which will include high spec duplex apartments and the plant nurseries.
