Payment Schedule - Option 1

First Payment - 20% (less AED5,000) nonrefundable within 14 days of signing

Second Payment - 10% of the purchase price within 30 days after signing

Third Payment - 10% of the purchase price on Aug. 1, 2007

Fourth Payment - 10% of the purchase price on  Sep. 1, 2007

Fifth Payment - 10% of the purchase price on Feb. 1,  2008

Sixth Payment - 10% of the purchase price on May 1,  2008

Seventh Payment - 10% of the purchase price on  Aug. 1, 2008

Eighth Payment - 20% of the purchase price on the completion date as defined in the sale and purchase contract.
