Seven low-rise residential buildings surround 6,000 square meters of gardens and water features. Appropriately named after trees unique to the region, the seven buildings are: Tala (small palm), Dalia (vine), Sendian (oak), Al Zan (beech) Afnan (branches) and Aykah (A bushy tree). These plants will also characterise the 6000 square meters of rich foliage in the park.
