o iReality: Each apartment will have a virtual reality projection wall linking it in real time to different locations worldwide. For example, the view from the apartment can be linked to a view of the New York skyline in real life.
o iAmbience: Apartments can respond to incoming communications with a change of the colour of the apartments lighting. This can also respond to music.
o iHealth: Your bathroom will monitor your health, and provide you with an update which you can view on your bathroom mirror, which transforms into a screen.
o iSecurity: Doors to the apartment can be locked and unlocked using your customised iPod.
o iCustomisation: The look of the entrance area of every apartment can be customised with digital messages.
o iMessaging: Messages can be broadcast in the entrance of each apartment.
o iEntertainment: There will be Karaoke and DVD entertainment systems in every apartment.
o iArt: The iPad has a server which allows apartments to access a wide database of artists and paintings, so that one can have any painting hung up on their wall at any time.
o iPod Dock: Each apartment will be fitted with an iPod docking station which will enable owners to listen to their music all over the apartment.
o iFamily: Permanent residents of the iPad will be given a device which can be sent to family abroad. Once both parties are plugged in, it will be possible to talk to and see your family in life size on the wall of your own living room.
