Property booking procedure is very simple and typical requirements are as follows:
Passport Copy of all applicants
Signed Reservation form by all applicants
Signed Payment Plan by all applicants
Signed Terms+Conditions by all applicants
Booking fee on acceptance of listed documentation by Developer
Signed Sales agreement by both parties the Developer and Buyer
Upon both parties signing the Sales Agreement, one original will be issued to the buyer as proof of purchase and another will be kept by the Developer for reference.
